OUR SESSIONS TOGETHER

A blended approach

As my client, you are at the front and centre of everything we do together & it’s important to me that you get your counselling in a way that is best for you. Sessions (lasting 50 minutes) take place once a week via secure web conferencing software or by phone if would prefer your therapy delivered that way*. I can also offer Face-to-Face sessions if working online doesn’t work for you, at my bespoke therapy room, or a mixture of Face-to-Face/Online/Phone if you can’t physically make it to the session.
